Ninja Sports Academy, Pudukkottai, runs this website and app to manage admissions, fees, ID cards and tournaments. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Details you give us when you apply or sign up: the student's name, date of birth, photo, school, parents' names, phone numbers, email and address. Records the academy keeps for your account: batches, attendance, belts, invoices, payments and the payment screenshots you upload, and tournament entries.

How we use it

Only to run the academy: to process admissions, issue ID cards, collect and receipt fees, send reminders and announcements, and enter students in tournaments. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Records are kept in our database. Files you upload — photos, signatures, payment screenshots — are stored in the academy's own Google Drive. The app can see only the files it has created there itself; it does not read anything else in that Drive or in yours.

Who can see it

The academy's staff, as their role allows; parents see only their own family's records. Messages are sent by email and app notifications. A student's ID card can be verified by scanning its QR code, which shows only the details printed on the card.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your family's information at any time. Financial records may have to be kept for as long as the law requires.
