These terms cover the Ninja Sports Academy website and app, used to apply for admission, pay fees, carry a student ID card and enter tournaments. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Give true details when you apply, and keep them up to date. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. A parent or guardian applies and pays on behalf of a student under 18.
Admission and fees
Admission is confirmed only once the academy approves the application. Fees are as shown in the app when they are raised. A payment counts once the academy has verified it and issued a receipt. Questions about a fee or a refund go to the academy directly.
Training and conduct
Students follow the academy's rules and their coach's instructions during training, gradings and tournaments. Martial arts and sports carry a risk of injury; tell the academy about any medical condition before training. The academy may suspend a student or close an account for misconduct or misuse of the app.
ID cards and tournaments
An ID card is valid until the date printed on it and only while fees are paid. It may be checked at the gate by scanning its QR code. Tournament entries are subject to each event's own rules and confirmation.
Photos
The academy may publish photographs from training, gradings and tournaments in its gallery. Ask the academy if you would like a picture of your child taken down.
Changes
The academy may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
